Future Webinar Series & Group Programmes - Waitlist
-
issue specific:
Each group focuses on a specific topic that is common to Autistic, AuDHD and ADHD lives - including life design, late-diagnosis, burnout and recovery, sensory and emotional regulation, couples and relationships, work and employment, and general psychoeducation.
Instead of broad, one-size-fits-all advice, you will receive targeted knowledge and practical strategies specifically designed to resolve real-world friction points.
-
personalised:
We limit groups to 6 - 12 participants, specifically addressing the impact of neurodivergence on life, work and relationships.
Low-demand, emotionally attuned principles means no forced icebreakers, no pressure to speak or turn cameras on, and no neurotypical social expectations. You will have a bespoke, psychologically safe space to participate on your own terms.
-
shared experience:
When peers articulate things you may have hidden or suppressed - masking to stimming to executive dysfunction - it can provide instant validation and emotional safety. There is profound relief in realising that you are not alone.
You will also understand that you are not broken; simply navigating a neurotypical world.
Sharing similar lived experiences can help to reinforce that you are already enough, whilst helping to dismantle guilt and shame.
